Who is responsible for your data

We provide fractional hiring and HR support for companies. For data protection purposes, the data controller is:

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send and what is needed to respond to you and work with your company. Depending on how you interact with us, that may include:

  • Contact details, such as your name, work email address and company name.
  • Booking details, such as the date and time of your intro call and anything you enter on the booking page about your company and what you need.
  • Scope requests: your name, company, work email, team size, field, urgency and the challenge you describe when you request a custom scope and pricing.
  • Template sign-ups: your first name, email address and company when you ask for our free template, together with a record of your agreement to receive our hiring and HR tips by email.

Why we collect it, and the legal basis

  • To hold the intro call you booked and send you a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To deliver the services we agree on and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation.
  • To reply to your scope request with an assessment and an estimated scope. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To send you our free template and, in exchange, occasional hiring and HR tips by email. You agree to both when you click "Send it to me + join the tips list". Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting the privacy email above or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Who we share it with

We use trusted third parties to run the service. They process your data on our behalf:

  • Google for booking and calls. When you book, your details are collected and stored through Google Calendar. Calls take place over Google Meet.
  • Notion for keeping our records of scope requests and template sign-ups.
  • Resend for sending us an email notification when someone sends a scope request or signs up.
  • Netlify for hosting this website and processing its forms.

Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy.

International transfers

Some of these providers, such as Google, Notion, Resend and Netlify, may store or process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Booking details are kept as long as needed to hold the call and follow up on it.
  • Records of work we do together are kept as long as needed for the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements.
  • Scope requests are kept as long as needed to reply and follow up, and are deleted within 12 months if we don't start working together.
  • Template sign-ups are kept until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete them.
  • You can ask us to delete your data at any time, where the law allows.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can also withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us at the privacy email above.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

Changes

We may update this page when our practices or tools change. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
